The Department of Vascular Surgery at the Eskulap Hospital continues an over 20-year medical activity of the Clinic for General and Vascular Surgery.
Stanisław Molski, MD PhD. DSc., is the head of the medical team, who in 2003 was the first surgeon in the region to implement a minimally invasive stentgraft procedure in the abdominal aorta and then in 2008 he was the first doctor in the region and one of few vascular surgeons in Poland to effectively perform hybrid surgeries for aortic aneurysm and conventional open surgical treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm.
We specialise in diagnostics and comprehensive treatment of arterial and venous diseases during a hospital stay, on a one-day surgery basis as well as in an outpatient clinic.
We are involved in providing medical treatment for complications of atherosclerosis, diabetes, vascular disease and genetic vascular malformations.
We use innovative diagnostic and treatment equipment and employ experienced interdisciplinary medical team including specialists in: vascular surgery, cardiology and angiology as well as numerous specialists in other medical fields.
We have the first in our region hybrid operating room provided with the latest angiograph to perform advanced and minimally invasive vascular procedures and specialist medical equipment to perform laser, radiofrequency and steam ablation procedures.
